Today is a very important day for our patient and hero, Gabe Hilliard: he’ll be receiving scans at St. Jude to prove (we hope and pray) that the latest round of treatments have left his body completely cancer-free, so his doctors can proceed with plans for a bone marrow / stem cell transplant. The scans will be at 11am (CT) today.
This is obviously a very stressful, very emotional day for the Hilliard family and they need our support.
